The strategic decision to merge with REDTRAY was taken at the end of 2008. AI Digital Ltd will now focus on the development of its successful Search Engine Marketing business known as SiteVisibility. The team will continue to operate from their existing base in Brighton.

All Intellectual property rights to Academy Internet's "Originate" XML based e-learning authoring tool are included in the transaction.
