For a company to be successful and sustainable, it needs to keep producing positive results over a long term, despite what is happening outside its walls.
It needs to work for continuity and plan succession to key roles. Training plays a key role in this strategy. But, it must also be agile, it must always be open to original ideas and new ways of doing things that, for example, technology can offer.
