An article from Hanif Sazen of Saffron Interactive describes an alternative to using a task based project management system when developing your e-learning courseware.

Whilst there is not necessarily anything wrong with task based systems, Hanif believes that changing your emphasis and planning for results rather than planning for activity will lead to a more rounded project that focuses on delivering products instead of completing check-lists.
